During the custom build process, Diamond Crest Homes will be there every step of the way to ensure that you are overjoyed with all aspects of your custom home. In this free-flowing process, we work with you to create an architecturally innovative home that is 100% custom-built to complement your lifestyle.

1. Consultation
During the consultation, you will meet with our design team to give us an idea of what your dream home looks like. We will ask you to describe your infill’s location, scale, and high-level design aspects that you’d like included in the build.
2. Property Selection
If needed, we will scope your ideal neighbourhood to help you find the perfect lot for your new Diamond Crest infill home.
3. Design & Interior Selections
Collaborating with our resident architect and designer, we will work closely with you to solidify the architectural features and interior design selections. You are never set into your interior design selections. We will always allow you to make adjustments to your selections, at any stage of the build.
4. Proposed Budget
Once all original design selections and materials are secured, we will present you with a detailed budget to look over.
5. Final Review & Sign Off
Once you approve the budget, we will sign a contract detailing all of the terms of the build, blueprints, warranty and specifications.
6. The Build
Now, for the easy part—the build! As we start bringing your dream home to life, we will keep in contact with you throughout the entire process to ensure that you are thrilled with every aspect of your custom designed home.
